This kind of detail optimization can effectively avoid protection failure and improve the overall level of protection.
In terms of hearing protection, hazard reports in high-noise environments often point to poor communication or uncomfortable wearing. Introducing hearing protection products with more reasonable noise reduction values that also consider communication needs can protect employees' hearing without affecting the transmission of on-site safety instructions. This can not only reduce occupational health risks but also effectively reduce operational accidents caused by human error.
Combining hazard-reporting incentives with continuous improvement of PPE can create a useful feedback loop. Procurement and safety teams should take worker feedback seriously and choose equipment that better fits the task and the wearer, helping address hazards before they lead to incidents.
