Facing the above challenges, enterprises should establish a PPE selection mechanism based on risk assessment. First, it is necessary to clarify the hazard types and exposure levels of different work scenarios, such as distinguishing between dust, vapor, and splash exposure forms, and then match the corresponding protection levels. Second, priority should be given to equipment that meets national standards and is certified, ensuring basic safety performance. In key areas such as respiratory protection, head protection, and hearing protection, professional protection solutions can be referenced to improve overall protection reliability.
In addition, training and supervision are equally indispensable. Enterprises should regularly conduct PPE usage training to strengthen workers' risk awareness and operational standards, while establishing an end-to-end management process for equipment issuance, inspection, and replacement.
