With the increasing frequency of use and variety of PPE, traditional manual management methods are inefficient and prone to errors. To address this, AEGLE has launched the Digital PPE Management Platform V3.0.
The new version of the platform introduces AI risk prediction features, which can predict PPE wear cycles through algorithms and provide risk alerts based on wearable device data. Additionally, it adds inventory forecasting capabilities to help enterprises stock up in advance, avoiding production safety issues caused by shortages.
In an application case at a large manufacturing enterprise, the platform achieved full lifecycle management of 5,000 sets of PPE, increasing inventory turnover by 25% and reducing accident rates by 18%.
The launch of V3.0 marks the entry of PPE management into the intelligent stage. In the future, AEGLE will introduce more IoT features to achieve cross-platform integration and multi-dimensional safety data analysis.
