The collapse of defense lines behind fatal accidents: What blind spots exist in on-site PPE management
A work safety accident in Xunhua, Qinghai, resulted in 2 deaths and 1 injury. From an EHS management perspective, this article analyzes the protection gaps behind the accident, discusses risk-based selection and on-site supervision mechanisms for head protection and respiratory protection, and helps enterprises strengthen their safety baseline.
