Repeated information that lacks contextual updates is difficult to sustain attention.
Therefore, some companies have begun shifting training toward contextualization and case-based learning, making content closer to real scenarios rather than abstract clauses. The goal of safety education is not to increase frequency but to enhance memory depth.
