Industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and coatings demand high standards for upper and sole materials, requiring “oil resistance + acid/alkali resistance + corrosion resistance”. AEGLE's TriShield™ chemical-resistant footwear features a high-density fluorinated polymer upper paired with an oil-resistant rubber composite sole, maintaining stable performance in environments with motor oil, ethanol, and weak acids and bases.
Experiments show that after 48 hours of oil immersion, the material's volume expansion rate is <1%, with no blistering or delamination in solutions with a pH range of 3–11. With corrosion-resistant fillers added to the sole, it retains 96% of its original strength in chemical spills.
TriShield™ also passes the SRC slip resistance test, achieving a friction coefficient of 0.54 on oily and wet surfaces. Operators at several paint factories report that these shoes are lighter and more breathable than traditional chemical-resistant footwear, significantly reducing fatigue during all-day wear.
