For the extreme cold environment of outdoor construction in northern regions, AEGLE introduces the CryoShield series sole material, using a high-elasticity polyurethane and silicone blend system that maintains 70% flexural elasticity at -40°C.
Compared to traditional rubber soles, CryoShield effectively prevents low-temperature cracking and hardening, extending service life by 1.8 times. In actual tests, samples showed no obvious cracks after 100,000 flexes.
AEGLE is promoting the integration of this material with intelligent temperature monitoring chips to achieve sole temperature control alarms, reminding workers to replace frozen PPE.
