Although this coating is convenient for batch manufacturing, it has certain limitations in terms of adhesion, corrosion resistance, and service life. The dip-coating process adopted by AEGLE Safety breaks through these bottlenecks. This technology forms a film through integral dip coating, making the coating thicker, more uniform, with strong adhesion and full coverage without dead corners, significantly enhancing the product's corrosion resistance and weather resistance.<\/p>\n<p>According to test data, the thickness of the dip coating is significantly higher than that of traditional spray coating, forming a solid protective layer, especially suitable for high-humidity, highly corrosive chemical laboratory environments.
